Art and Design Programs in Design Studies

Design studies encompass architecture, crafts, graphic design, textiles, industrial design and interior design, to name a few. Aspects visited are two and three dimensional design, technical drawing, drafting for design, interior design, architectural design and environmental design. Programs are offered through campus and online channels and include Associate, Bachelors and Masters degrees along side certificate courses and diplomas. The Bachelors degree usually lasts 3 -4 years whereas the other degrees take around 2 years blending classroom work and practicum elements. Dissertation is usually a part of the program and may include internships to inculcate practical exposure. Technology is an integral component of curriculum of design studies.
